You already know it’s lonely at the top. But did you know you don’t have to lead alone? I provide strategic clarity, high-level decision support, and spiritual direction for high-capacity leaders who value wise counsel, trusted strategy and spiritual guidance to shoulder the weight of leadership.
My role is to be your Christ-centered ally to “think with you,” not for you, helping you make wise choices that align with God’s purpose for you, your vision, and values. I bring both business acumen and spiritual discernment, walking with you so the journey becomes not only manageable, but deeply meaningful and mission aligned.

With three decades of entrepreneurship and many years as a non-profit founder, the mixture of my experience lends nicely to the advisory role I offer.
It’s a peer group God called me to create. It’s specifically for Christian women leaders (50+). The groups are designed to be a safe space for support, accountability, and strategy. Each group is exclusive to women only, ensuring a trusted space to share challenges, gain perspective, and grow in faith and leadership.
My approach is unapologetically Jesus-centered, and I integrate biblical wisdom into strategy and decision-making. For this reason, it is rare a non-believer is interested in working with me.
Depending on the program, we meet one to two times per month for deep sessions, with communication in between. You get high-level clarity without overwhelming your schedule.
